Key areas of responsibility:
- Provide online marketing expertise
- Submit member sites to directories and major search engines
- Create and maintain SEO of member sites and campaigns
- Create custom graphics to reflect practice web site
- Edit CSS and HTML for websites and for social network profiles
Qualifications:
- General understanding of enterprise level reporting tools
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business, affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- In depth understanding of the search engine ranking algorithms across multiple engines and how to leverage them
- Firm grasp on directory based architecture and the use of sitemaps.
- Skills to include HTML and CSS a plus
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web analytics and reporting tools
- Specific knowledge on how to achieve top placement in Google, Yahoo, and Bing
- Highly proficient/Expert in MS Excel
- Understanding of local search ranking factors a definite plus
- Experience with managing third-party search vendors

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage/Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the strategic online marketing plans created by the marketing team, to maximize ROI and customer acquisition on natural search projects.\
- Works with Marketing Technology Team to facilitate and implement technology necessary to perform organic search goals.
- Implement any necessary third party technology necessary to achieve organic search objectives
- Manage multiple large scale organic search budgets across multiple domains accounts.
- Understand and create goals pertaining to organic search maximizing ROI goals.
- Be able to conduct thorough keyword research using multiple tools, data mining, and raw search term analysis to build out and optimize natural search campaigns.
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations around the competitive landscape, understanding your competitor’s tactics and how to use those tactics to your benefit.
- Review and analyze websites, identifying areas for improvement and change, relative to a websites organic performance in the search engines.
- Have an amazing understanding of link strategies, link acquisition, link bait, link sculpting, and your link portfolio.
- Recommend optimizations for site architecture, URL/MOD rewrites, alternate directories, alternate domains, linking structures, etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of analytical and tracking solutions enabling a multichannel understanding of measurement, keeping the predetermined goals and KPI’s in mind.
- Have a firm understanding of on page SEO and technical SEO.
- Monitor hourly/daily results adjusting as the marketplace shifts, communicating to managers and sales team.
Graphic Designer
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as Trident Marketing Creative Lead
- Works with Marketing Team to identify strategic intent of projects
- Works with Marketing Technology Team to facilitate and implement creative
- Primary Lead Designer responsible for designing websites, landing pages, emails, banners, flash, print, etc.
- Oversees the consistency of web design parameters, style guides and visual standards
- Communicates and coordinates with project managers and technology leads,ensuring visual design is communicated as desired.
Additional attributes include:
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business, affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior

Web Content Writer / Editor / Blogger
Principal Responsibilities:
- The Web Content Editor will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing content strategies across all media channels and sites to support all online marketing initiates
- Will develop and manage a content strategy to extend the online brand across all media channels and all current as well as future websites focusing on audience needs, content value and usability throughout the online content creation process
- Web Content Editor is relied upon to ensure the accuracy and consistency of style, text, and best practices across promotional pieces
- Will proofread and edits text for style and accuracy, focusing upon consistency, spelling and punctuation, and appropriate “look and feel.”
- Web Content Editor will leverage from knowledge and experience with content management systems such as Sitecore and knowledge of basic coding HTML including understanding capabilities and constraints

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, interactive media or related field is preferred

- E-Must have a solid understanding of current industry standards and techniques for digital content management
- Minimum of one – two years experience at a dedicated Internet Marketing/Publishing company or as an in-house Content Agency experience preferred
